NESS SOLAR ENERGY (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application GeoSphere – Explore Earth. Understand Science. (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

No Data Collection

GeoSphere is a fully offline Earth Science learning app. We do not collect, store on any server, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data.

The App:

• Does not connect to the internet or make any network requests.
• Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• Does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details.
• Does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device permission.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores a small amount of data locally on your own device using the device's standard local storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.

This data includes:

• Theme preference — whether you have chosen Light, Dark, or System theme mode.
• Quiz results — your best score, most recent score, and number of quiz attempts.
• Favorites — topics or items you have marked as favorites within the App.

You can clear this locally stored data at any time by using the "Reset Progress" option in the App's Settings, by clearing the App's data/cache through your device's system settings, or by uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

Because GeoSphere collects no personal information whatsoever and has no network connectivity, it is safe for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Third-Party Services

GeoSphere does not integrate with, embed, or share data with any third-party services, advertising networks, or analytics providers.

Data Security
